Life Stories/Self-Revelatory Performance Workshops, Berkeley

Sheila Rubin, a storyteller and drama therapist leads a workshop which invites you to explore your life stoires through embodied storytelling. Ten week series, with chance to perform for an audience at the end. $40/week or $350 total if paid in advance. 10% discount for students/seniors. Thursdays 6-8:30 pm, 830 Bancroft Way. Stagebridge Workshops, Oakland

2nd and 4th Tuesdays: Introduction to Storytelling 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. $5 per session. Drop-ins welcome. Test the waters with instructor Jeannie Haynes. Have fun, and see if storytelling is for you.

Fridays: Advanced Storytelling Class, with Erica Lann-Clark. 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., through June 10th, $75 per semester. A good chance to deepen your storytelling.
